Close on Indiana property entirely online, or in a hybrid of email, in-office, mobile and RON signing.
Remote Online Notary Closing, or RON Closing, has been quickly adopted across the nation in an effort to mitigate person-to-person contact due to the rising health concerns around COVID19. Here, at Victory Title, we have taken the initiative to safeguard our clients and our staff by implementing RON Closings.
RON Closings are performed entirely online through a web-based platform to verify identification, to electronically sign, and to electronically notarize closing documents for the purchase of any residential property.
Call a Victory Title rep to talk about your RON options for buyers and sellers in any Indiana county.

That is not a problem. The property must be in Indiana but we have the capability to perform RON closings within all 50 states as well as participating countries outside of the USA.
No. We can perform a Hybrid Closing, which is a mixture of any of the following: email, in-office, mobile and RON.
As long as you have a computer and a smart-phone we can work with you to complete the closing. We simply use your phone’s camera and microphone for a portion of the interaction.
Many experts in the industry argue that RON closings are more secure than other options due to the digital encryption and visual verification processes.
Our expert staff will talk you through the process before the day of closing to make sure you have everything working properly.
There is an additional cost for a RON Closing. The cost varies depending on the transaction details. Please contact a Victory Title rep. for additional information on pricing: (317) 537-7406.
